MAS180 Marine Electronics

Students learn to operate standard marine electronics aboard the school’s training vessel, FORERUNNER. Course material includes the use of radar, sonar, radio, GPS, loud hailer, and electronic chart. This class is held aboard the training vessel Forerunner. Prerequisite: MAS 165 Practical Navigation or instructor approval.
