MAS181 Seamanship I

Students learn and apply skills in marlinspike seamanship, including knots and splices, care and handling of fiber rope, and safe deck seamanship. Students continue to build on the foundation of safe seamanship that they began in MAS 100 while participating in all vessel operations. This class is held aboard the training vessel FORERUNNER.
