Leave of Absence/Continuing Students

An approved Leave of Absence request form is required for students who are requesting a break in enrollment. Students who do not register for a Fall or Spring semester without filing for a Leave of Absence (LOA) will be administratively withdrawn (automatically), required to re-apply for admission, and charged an application fee.
