Student Services

MSPS strives to deliver an unparalleled level of service to adult students. In addition to the opportunities for involvement and support provided by the university, MSPS delivers a wide range of services to include personal, professional, and academic development seminars; a new student orientation; student organizations; a weekly e-newsletter disseminated to the entire MSPS student community; and a host of other student development programs. Grievance Policies

The Metropolitan School is bound by the university’s policies for handling student grievances, which can be found at https://enrollment-services.catholic.edu/students/complaint-procedure/index.html  A student at the Alexandria educational location can contact the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia as a final resort in seeking resolution after the internal process is exhausted. The institution will not retaliate against a student for initiating a complaint.
