MRE 447 Theology of Marriage and the Family
This course will examine 1) key Biblical texts related to marriage and family, and
2) some key Catholic teaching documents and thinkers on the subject. We will consider official teachings and some thought supportive, some critical of that teaching. The course is intended to help students understand what a Catholic theological approach to marriage and family is, and how it is
applied to different situations.
