MLA 274 eDiscovery

This course will examine the use of technology in litigation. Topics will include, the challenges, best and emerging practices, and management of e-discovery. Emphasis will be placed on the discovery process and the collection, review, and production of electronic evidence as it applies to the law firm, government agency, and corporate legal department. Course Objectives: Demonstrate the ability to manage eDiscovery projects. Demonstrate the ability to prepare and collect eDiscovery. Demonstrate proficiency in using the computer applications utilized in eDiscovery.
