Associate of Arts, Oregon Transfer (AAOT)
Overview
Many students attend Clatsop Community College and then transfer to a four-year college. An Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer Degree is a state-approved associate degree intended to prepare students for transfer into upper level courses for a Bachelor's degree.
The AAOT is recognized at each Oregon four-year public university, and if you are accepted at any of them, you can be admitted at junior standing. However, some academic departments within Oregon universities may require additional courses for admittance with junior standing. It is highly recommended that students speak with an academic advisor to help plan these steps.
