Bachelor of Science Degree Requirements
The departments of Biology, Chemistry, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, and Psychology offer the degree Bachelor of Science. Students pursuing this degree are required to take more courses in mathematics and science and, accordingly, have the number of free electives required to complete their degrees reduced. The additional courses in mathematics and science outside the major are grouped into a "science concentration" and fulfill students' focus area requirement. Each B.S. program is arranged differently, so students must consult the specific department involved for special requirements of the particular program.
