Grants
Grants are a form of gift aid funded by federal, state, or institutional sources and do not require repayment. Most grants are awarded based on financial need, as determined by the information submitted through the Free Application for Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA).
Students are encouraged to apply early, as funding for many grant programs is limited. For more information on grants and other financial aid options, visit My Texas Future.
