PE 113 Fitness Education: Introduction
Students are guided in creating a balanced, personal fitness program in a supportive and noncompetitive environment. This class is self-paced and does not meet at a particular time. It requires that all workouts are completed in the LCC main campus Fitness Center (5/101). Students are guided in creating a balanced, personal fitness program in a supportive and noncompetitive environment. Open hours are posted each term. All levels are welcome. Repeatable up to 12 credits.
