Catalog Addendum 2026-27

Courses -

HS 280B - Co-op Ed: Behavioral Health replaces old HS 280BH (as courses ending with H are intended for honors courses only)
DH 238 - increased credits from 1 to 2
DH 239 - decreased credits from 3 to 2
XCP 0850 - added new course

Programs -

Front Office Support Specialist, Certificate of Completion - added clarification that variable credit courses need to be taken for at least 3 credits. This increases the program total from 16-24 to 18-24.

Student Complaint Procedure - the following statement was added:

Out-of-State Distance Education Students -Lane Community College participates in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA). If you live outside Oregon and take Lane distance education courses, first use the Student Complaint Procedure. If the college does not resolve your complaint, you can take it to the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC), which is Oregon's SARA State Portal Entity.
