ENG221 Introduction to Children's Literature

Students examine a variety of texts from the children's literary tradition. including folk tales, fairytales, classic stories, nursery rhymes, poems, picture books, and longer works. Emphasis will be on reading and discussing the works, as well as analyzing style, content, and themes.
